The relationship with the TESI team is close, constant, and highly collaborative. The transition process from the old system installed at the CATI to the new platform involved navigating complex administrative procedures and meeting the University’s strict cybersecurity requirements, which presented an additional challenge. The TESI technicians demonstrated great patience, availability, and commitment, supporting us at every stage until the system was fully operational. Furthermore, the training they received was crucial for the technical staff to be able to use the platform independently.
