Export of multiple variables to Excel/SPSS/ASCII format in a differentiated way, not only binarizing

You can choose between:

1. Export and binarize the multiple variable into as many variables as the original multiple has codes, indicating 0 or 1 depending on whether it is found in the response.
2. Split the multiple variable into as many variables as the maximum number of responses in the original multiple, putting the corresponding code in each one.
3. Also the possibility to export variable values with their labels and not with their values, as long as the variable is coded. This format is quite common in Business Intelligence systems.

In Tabulation Statistics, median and mode

Possibility to add median and mode calculations to cross-tabulations, in addition to appearing in descriptive analyses.

In Tabulation, option to remove rows/columns by percentages

In the code display options in tables, you can indicate not to display those codes with frequency below a number, or below a percentage

In Tabulation, option to remove residuals using inversion (result cleaning)

Complementing the previous point, the option to invert the results is created so that only those remaining below are displayed.

Coding with related variables

This process is performed to code variables that require consulting other variables to be able to impute a final code to one or more variables simultaneously.

Instead of generating lists of literals, existing and defined codebooks are used.

A very clear example would be coding the individual’s occupation using the National Classification of Occupations from INE (Spain) and/or coding the interviewee’s economic activity based on codes.

Semi-open coding with automatic assignment

When creating the coding codebook, if it is a semi-open variable, literals matching the codes of the closed variable with which it is related are created and assigned.

This way, only those literals not actually included in the closed variable need to be assigned.

Manual code assignment

In manual coding, if codes already exist in the codebook, the possibility is enabled to not have to select and assign with the “arrow”, but a new column is added where the user types the desired codes.

HTML cleaning

When downloading studies carried out with Gandia Integra, it includes HTML text necessary for on-screen display. The possibility is enabled to automatically remove all HTML code in code descriptions and extra texts, either at the time of download or in a subsequent process.

The user will be able to automatically record all processes performed to later execute them sequentially.
