Tomorrow, July 23, marks one year since the last general elections were held in our country. They were the sixteenth general elections in democracy, in which more than 37 million Spaniards were called to the polls. As a curious fact, the first in history to take place during the month of July.
And it is today, precisely, that we wanted to take advantage of the first anniversary of 23J to remind you that we continue to bet on the creation of electoral dashboards with SegmentaNet, through the service of creating and disseminating reports, on an advanced online control panel publishing platform that updates in real time.
In 2021, we developed a dashboard for the elections to the Assembly of Madrid, with an analysis of the vote in the neighborhoods of the Madrid capital, using maps.
And for the general elections of July 23, 2023, we prepared this dashboard, in which we analyzed the results of the more than 60,000 polling stations nationwide, highlighting the maximum percentages of votes for the main parties, at the national and regional levels.
Some of its main features are: (Take note!)
1. We present the polling stations with the highest percentage of votes for the major political parties in each autonomous community and in the two autonomous cities.
2. We reveal the polling stations with the highest percentage of abstention recorded in the autonomous communities and the two autonomous cities.
3. To do this, we analyze the lowest level of the location chain (Polling Station/Section/District/Municipality/Province/Autonomous Community).
4. The data we detail are definitive and official.
Something you may not yet know is that our tool SegmentaNet allows connecting data from different sources (Gandia Integra, SPSS, BarbWin, Excel…) and inserting a wide variety of analyzes into reports: double and multiple entry tables with filter application, pivot tables, graphs, geographic maps, heat maps, indicators, labels, word clouds… etc.
Furthermore, we prepare the data before analyzing it: with filtered extraction, merging, joining, weighting, index calculation, scheduled tasks, and automatic data update with Gandia Integra.
Another quality of the tool is that it has different user levels to consult, modify, download, or share reports, and the control panels obtained with SegmentaNet are easy to interpret, very visual, and respect the client’s corporate image.
