After months of testing and refinement, we have launched Panel Hive to the market. Its main functionalities include integration with studies conducted in Gandia Integra v4, as well as the ability to automatically update panelist information in Panel Hive based on data collected from interviews.
This new tool has been developed under strict security standards, ensuring compliance with current data protection and security legislation.
It is designed to manage a diverse group of people who participate in market studies or research in a simple and organized way. Panelists are offered the possibility to be invited to answer surveys, participate in opinion polls, and other types of activities.
Among the features it offers, we highlight:
1- Free configuration of panelist profile fields.
2- The ability to target project invitations based on all available fields.
3- Definition of quotas and exclusions, and management of points and rewards.
4- Customization of notification emails and the panelist landing page from the administration portal.
5- Management of communities, mail delivery servers, and import of external databases.
The system includes an administration portal accessible to technicians and administrators, and a panelist portal structured into different modules that allow for efficient management of all areas of the online panel. It also includes a module for managing various rewards that panelists can qualify for. Each reward is assigned a number of points required for redemption, and several modalities are available: top-up, voucher, physical item, raffle, and donation.
Since its implementation, clients in several countries, such as Portugal and Venezuela, have been working with the new solution and have the ongoing support and advice of our team. With this launch, we offer an optimal user experience, combining the usability and level of performance our clients expect.
